You can arrange a
pick up for your watch via the service section by filling in simple details.
Please note:
Only the watch head will be repaired/replaced. Watch straps are not covered under
warranty.
Max Pro Smartwatch
provides a best in class Warranty, which includes a home pickup and return warranty
service. We will incur all repair, logistics, and insurance costs.
Delivery Boy will check the
condition of the watch and take photographs of the product before pickup and at
dropoff.
Not covered: Unauthorized
tampering, modification, repairs, abuse, neglect, improper use.
